Join Max Daigle from Maison BeauSoleil oysters and Alexandre Morozov from Benjamin Bridge winery, in collaboration with Devour! The Food Film Fest, to learn about their underwater sparkling quest and respective terroir pursuits, while enjoying three unique pairings of oysters and bubbly.
Benjamin Bridge and Maison BeauSoleil share a vision to showcase to the world the incredible quality that can be sustainably and meticulously produced from their distinct maritime terroir. Coming from neighbouring coastal ecosystems, their respective wines and oysters share a natural affinity for one another and represent the quintessential regional pairing. Both family projects were started at the same time and now they are each celebrating their 20th anniversary. So, with this very similar foundation, it is really no coincidence that over the years, a strong bond of friendship has formed between both teams. Now, this story of like-minded pursuits is taking on a new experiment with the ageing of sparkling wine underwater and alongside premium ostréiculture in the Atlantic Ocean.
