2007 Brut

In the glass, a radiant gold colour with a touch of leaf green. On the nose, expressive aromas of smoke, minerals and a touch of liquorice abound. On the palate, a lively effervescence infuses hints of tangerine zest and hazelnut and a touch of mint. A persistent finish resonates with freshness and saline minerality.

With more than a decade’s experience producing Méthode Classique sparkling wine in the Gaspereau Valley, we are continually impressed by what can develop in bottle with extended aging.  We’ve tasted this estate vintage every year and now, after eight years on lees, the inherent freshness and saline minerality of our coastal terroir continues to prevail  while the wine has greatly matured.
