2010 Brut Reserve

Tasting Notes

In the glass, pale golden colour with a straw hue. On the nose, the wine displays sea minerals, lemon rind and green apples. Rich yet weightless, the palate features hints of almond and orange peel, as well as impressive overall texture and structure. A long and energetic finish enhances the wine’s already impressive purity.

The Brut Reserve is a blend of Chardonnay adding aromatic complexity and Pinot Noir ensuring structure sourced from the highest quality grapes on our estate vineyard. It spends an additional two years on lees compared to our Brut, creating a style that combines complexity, balance and richness.
