Sauvignon Blanc is one of the most famous grape varietals in the world and is crafted in some of the greatest wine regions, each in their own distinct style.
Our Sauvignon Blanc captures Nova Scotia’s natural strengths of freshness and minerality. Extreme textural richness and superlative concentration highlight the exceptional character of this wine.
The 2013 Sauvignon Blanc marks our inaugural release. With less than 200 cases available, this wine was handcrafted using the most respectful artisan methodologies, including indigenous yeasts. It is a perfect embodiment of our terroir’s unique twin abilities to combine brightness and opulence.
“In the glass, a pale golden straw colour. On the nose, suggestions of key lime zest and freshly cut grass are complicated by notes of river stones, crushed chalk and a hint of toastiness. The palate reveals surprising depth and textural richness with hints of hard lemon candy, fresh mint and guava.” Head Winemaker Jean-Benoit Deslauriers
